Plan A Coverage – $365.00:
- Annual tune-up of oil burner or furnace (see below what is included)
- Parts and labor included – see contract for covered parts and labor
Plan B Coverage – $285.00:
- Annual tune-up of oil burner or furnace (see below what is included)
- 2 – No heat or No hot water service calls – see Terms of Contract for details
Plan C Coverage – $205.00:
- Annual tune-up of oil burner or furnace (see below what is included)
- Parts are an extra charge
Oil Burner and/or Furnace Tune-up Service Includes:
- Check & clean burner and nozzle assembly, smoke pipe, combustion chamber, chimney base, heat exchanger, electrodes
- Replace nozzle, oil filter
- Inspect chimney
- Check ignition transformer, safety control lock-out time, expansion tank, air filter (replace if necessary)
- Run efficiency test
Air Conditioning / Heat Pump Tune-up Service Includes – $120.00:
- Check coils – indoor and outdoor (wash if necessary)
- Check and oil motor, electrical components, compressor, temperature drop across coil, refrigerant levels (if refrigerant is needed, it is an extra charge)
- Check/blow out drain line
- Replace air filter
- Check system operation
Water Heater Tune-up Coverage – $135.00:
- Annual tune-up of oil fired water heater (see below what is included)
- Parts are an extra charge
Water Heater Service Contract Coverage – $175.00:
- Annual tune-up of oil-fired water heater (see below what is included)
- Parts are an extra charge
- 1 – No hot water service call
Gas Furnace Tune-up Service & Inspection – $145.00:
- Check and clean flame sensor, burner tubes
- Check heat exchanger, flame, gas line, intake and exhaust, fan motor, pressure switches, gas pressures, ignition, safety devices
- Check and flush out condensate drain
- Replace air filter
- Check system operation
Mini Split Maintenance Plan for Single Zone System – $125.00:
- Pull indoor filters and clean
- Check indoor blower wheel (clean if necessary)
- Clean indoor drain pan
- Check indoor coil (clean with coil cleaner and mold control, if needed) cleaner is an additional cost of $24.95
- Check drain line
- Check condensate pump and clean reservoir (if equipped)
- Check outdoor unit and coils (clean coils if necessary) and wipe down outdoor unit
- Each additional indoor head will be an additional $55.00
- Check refrigerant charge (if refrigerant is needed, it is an extra charge)
