We do NOT share this information with outside companies unless your account goes into default with our company, and we need to either sue you in court or turn you over for collections.

3. As an existing customer, we will keep data if you have an active account with us, as a former customer of ours, we may keep your data if your account has a balance due.
4. We only share personal data in instances of trying to collect a debt and only if the issue goes to court or to a collection agency.
